Summary

I was recently asked when does a goal or dream become a delusion? The answer isn’t as clear-cut as you might think.

Many visionaries throughout time have been accused of being delusional, from Walt Disney and Henry Ford to Richard Branson and Steve Jobs. Many truly outstanding individuals from the fields of sport, business, politics, human rights, film and music have accused of being delusional. The truth is, until you succeed at your goals and dreams many will accuse you of being delusional but it’s your belief and your commitment to seeing it through till the end that counts. The truth is, you’re delusional only when YOU start to see yourself that way. Until then, if you have a dream and are committed to its attainment, I call you a visionary.
